The Traveling Toddler strap allows you to attach your LATCH and top tether equipped toddler's car seat to a rolling carry-on suitcase. Simply attach the LATCH and top tether straps from the car seat to the Traveling Toddler and adjust the straps so that the car seat is held securely on the suitcase. Once adjusted, the car seat can be detached and reattached to the suitcase in seconds. Lift the handle of your carry-on bag and you have a fun new stroller. Now there's an easy and inexpensive way to take your toddler's car seat and other gear on your trip. You do not have to buy a special seat or suitcase. As long as your suitcase handle locks in place, you can push it like a stroller. Your hands are free for check in and its simple to unhook for security. Keep your child safe and comfortable in their own seat. The Traveling Toddler has been tested with most major car seat brands including Graco, Eddie Bauer, Cosco, Evenflo, and Britax, and a variety of carry-on suitcases and has worked with every combination. It is important that the telescoping handle of your suitcase locks in place. If not, it might not stay extended when you try to push your child in front of you, though you would still be able to pull them. If flying, make sure that your car seat is FAA approved before traveling. The Traveling Toddler strap is made from heavyweight polypropylene webbing that will withstand 900 lbs of force. When not in use it easily slips in the pocket of your carry-on. As with any other wheeled child carrier, do not use the Traveling Toddler on stairs or escalators. So simple but great!, 2010-09-01
Was feeling like maybe I overpaid for something I could've made at home but the convenience and strength of the Traveling Toddler was well worth it. I didn't use it to roll my child in, but just to carry the carseat to be checked without lugging it around. This made traveling solo with a toddler noticeably easier. My husband thinks it would be difficult to wheel your child in a large carseat with a small piece of carry-on luggage but I'm not so sure. Anyway I think it's worth it just to carry the carseat.
Good for flights without layovers, 2010-08-27
This product worked really well and wasn't too hard to put together even when I was traveling by myself with my daughter. The only problem was when I had to get off the plane. It was more difficult to get it together in a narrow aisle with flight attendants hurrying you. I liked how it worked and my daughter appreciated the ride but I would only use it on flights without layovers now.

This is a must have for everyone traveling with a car seat. Extremely easy to attach for use and transfer through airport security and use on the plane. Even if your suitcase handle does not stay locked (ours won't stay put), you can still free up a hand to pull the case and car seat. We used a stroller for our child and pulled the car seat with carry bags in it. Wheeled the whole thing right onto the plane like that. A breeze!
Maybe I just didn't do it right?, 2010-08-25
This product was useful but seemed overpriced for what it was - a small bit of strap with a metal hook on it. That said, it was great to have our little one in his seat and double up on the usage of arm. We used the extra long tether strap on our Britax to attach it. I couldn't figure out how else to do it, so I just wrapped it all around and tied the strap tightly. It worked fine.

We've used this product over and over, it is amazingly easy to use, great value, would recommend to anyone and everyone who is traveling with a carseat, especially through an airport!
