Great Buy!, 2010-08-24
I bought this swing for my 1st child and he absolutely loves it. He hated sleeping in his pack-n-play and sitting in his bouncer so it was great to find something that he is just as happy sleeping in as he is when he's awake. The various speeds are great because you can increase them as the baby grows(which is a must if your child has acid relux). Also, the music function is good since it changes songs regularly so you're not listening to the same one over and over again. The colors are great for either sex which is why we bought the entire Inman Park collection. The only downfalls to the swing are that is has a small clicking sound as the motor pushes it and the bears are fixed at a high position so my 9 week old has to hold his head at an uncomfortably high angle to see them. However, both of these cons are minimal in comparison to the many pros that this swing offers.
works good but not as good as others, 2010-06-18
We got this swing before our boy was born. It went together somewhat easily, a little confusing if you don't use the instructions. now 2 months old...
Our son does not like this swing. He does not mind being in the bouncy seat part of it, but not for more than 10-15mins.
The BADS: The pullover tray is very hard to close and keep closed (possible safety hazard). The vibrator on the seat is extremely loud. The plastic on the legs break after awhile. The seat is not perfectly lined up when on the swing. It swings crooked. The animals on top are too high for the baby to really see.
The price is TOO high for what you get.
We ended up listing ours on craigslist and cant get any takers.
We bought the other kind of swing that allows the baby to swing sideways or forwards and is adjustable. Works much better.
Great space saver!, 2010-05-31
My son has used this since when brought him home from the hospital. He has really bad reflux so he actually slept in the bouncer until he was around 11 weeks old. I love that this is a swing and a bouncer in one because we have a tiny house. The tray was hard to snap on and off so we just removed it. My son is 3 months old and we still have it removed but we may put it back on when he is older. He is a very active baby so he wasn't too interested in the toys but we were able to hang our own toys on it. He loves the vibration feature on the bouncer but I think we used it too much because now it sounds like a motor boat and we have to hit it once in a while to make it vibrate.

Wonderful, just wonderful. My 5-1/2 month old really enjoys it. So much that she falls asleep. It's not hard to assembled, takes about 20-30 minutes. The directions are very clear, at least it was to me. The swing/bouncer is sturdy and the harness really keeps the baby in. It takes "D" batteries, I think about 4-6. The bouncer's vibrating motion is optional which is where the 2 out of 4-6 "D" batteries come into play. My baby basically likes the swinging motion.Graco Swing 'n Bounce 2-in-1 Infant Swing, Broadstreet
Good, good and good., 2010-04-09
Love it. Wish it were not so hard to take apart and more collapsible. It would be nice if the bouncy part tilted back on the floor, hard for small, floppy-headed newborns but it's good.
